Job summary

Ardagh Group’s Irvine Plant is recruiting a Cold End Operator to join our production team. You will rework containers, check for defects, and support shifts with calibration checks and quality assurance tasks. The role is on-site with a 45-hour week and benefits including a pension, private healthcare, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• National 5 grade C or above in Maths, Science and English.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, personal drive, and customer focus.
• Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools and continuous improvement.
• Computer literate with good oral and written communication skills.
• Committed to Total Quality Standards.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Educated to National 5 Level – Grade C or above in Maths, Science and English.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, personal drive, and customer focus.

• Salary minimum £31,942 - £38,475 Maximum
