Job summary

Evapco is seeking a hands-on manufacturing team member in the United Kingdom to support production quality and equipment maintenance. The role involves performing quality checks, operating controls, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace across shifts.

You will read engineering prints, follow SOPs, and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks while contributing to production throughput and documentation accuracy. A high school diploma and good communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Make quality checks to ensure materials, parts and process are compliant with engineering requirements
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance PM’s that are the operators’ responsibility
• Complete all production and quality documentation
• Able to make stop and mandrel adjustments to produce quality bends of tube
• Able to operate controls
• Manage production workload to minimize tooling changes and maximize throughput
• Make quality checks to ensure materials, parts and workmanship are compliant with engineering requirements and productions expectations

• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance PM’s that are the operators’ responsibility
• Complete all production and quality documentation
• Able to make stop and mandrel adjustments to produce quality bends of tube
• Able to operate controls
• Manage production workload to minimize tooling changes and maximize throughput
• Make quality checks to ensure materials, parts and workmanship are compliant with engineering requirements and productions expectations

• Read a tape measure to within 1/16”
• A general understanding of common hand tools is preferred.

• Able to read and understand all engineering prints related to the process

Physical Requirements

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing environment
• Continuous standing, squatting, bending, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday
• Lifting of 50 lbs. or less
• Wear PPE when required – Manufacturing Areas
• Shift work, days, (Monday through Friday) or nights (Monday through Thursday) and some Saturday’s and Sunday’s
• Assist in other areas of the shop when needed

Pay Range:$44,079.36 - $59,579.52 per year
