Job summary

Matthew Algie in Glasgow is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator (NPI Technologist) to manage the end-to-end process of bringing new products to market, including coffee, cakes, syrups and coffee machines, ensuring launches occur on schedule and post-launch reviews are performed.

The role requires coordinating the NPI process, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and driving improvements within a stage-gate framework while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in relevant subject, or experience commensurate with this level.
• Proven experience in project management within a regulated, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organisation and oversight of the NPI process and projects to ensure timely launches.
• Chair progress meetings, produce minutes and action points.
• Support ongoing QA and certification related tasks.
• Maintain information to comply with sustainability regulations.
