Job summary

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage your own work in progress, attend regular training, and contribute to the company’s prestigious reputation. The role offers a basic salary up to £38,000, a 1-in-4 weekend rota, training and long-term development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with traditional espresso machines and bean-to-cup systems is essential.
• Strong electro-mechanical background.
• IT literate and comfortable using modern technology.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and repair high-end coffee machines on customer sites.
• Manage your own work in progress and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Attend regular training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
