Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: Croydon & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime

Are you passionate about coffee and skilled with your hands? Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Coffee Engineer, where you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing traditional espresso machines and bean-to-cup systems.

What You’ll Do:

1. Service and repair a range of commercial coffee machines (traditional & bean to cup)
2. Attend customer sites across Croydon and nearby areas
3. Provide technical support and ensure minimal machine downtime
4. Carry out installations, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience working with coffee machines (essential)
2. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Full UK driving licence
