Job summary

Blank Street seeks friendly baristas in Greater London to deliver outstanding customer service and craft quality coffee. You will join a high-energy team, work across peak shifts, and uphold our brand standards with passion and precision.

Responsibilities include training adherence, food safety, waste reduction, and contributing to store profitability through excellent service and regular customers. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
• Availability that meets the needs of our cafes.
• You must be authorised to work in the UK.
• Part-Time: 24 hours per week, 3 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Full Time: 35 hours per week, 4-5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with welcoming, engaging service and turn them into regulars.
• Work with a world-class coffee program and equipment to make tasty drinks.
• Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling and freshness.
• Minimise wastage by managing par levels during peak and off-peak periods.
• Adhere to Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Know and follow product, service and brand playbooks.
• Support initiatives with Operations and marketing to boost foot traffic and sales.
