Blank Street in London is hiring for a cafe role. As a barista you will deliver warm, efficient service and help create a memorable experience for every customer.

You will work within our world-class coffee program, complete training on food safety, manage multitasking, and contribute to a busy, social environment. Weekend availability is preferred; both part-time and full-time options exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Availability to meet cafe needs.
• Authorized to work in the UK.
• Part-time 24 hours/week or Full-time 35 hours/week with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with welcoming service and turn them into regulars.
• Work within a world-class coffee program and prepare drinks.
• Complete training on food and beverage handling to maintain freshness.
• Adhere to health and safety and food safety standards.
• Minimize waste by following par levels and adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and marketing to increase foot traffic and sales.
