Blank Street in London is seeking baristas to join our cafe team, delivering excellent coffee and service in a fast-paced environment. You will work with top-tier equipment and a curated menu, ensuring consistency and quality for every guest.

We value friendly, customer-centric teammates who manage time well, communicate clearly, and are adaptable. Training covers our coffee program, brand guidelines, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry.
• Availability that meets the needs of our cafes.
• Part-Time: 24 hours per week, 3 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Full Time: 35 hours per week, 4-5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• You must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Delight our customers with consistent, welcoming and engaging customer service.
• Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment to prepare drinks.
• Complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverages.
• Minimise wastage of product with both food and beverage, adjusting par levels as needed.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards.
• Maintain knowledge of product, service and brand training playbooks.
• Collaborate with Operations and marketing to increase foot traffic and sales.
