Job summary

LJ Recruitment's client in Pencoed, Wales, is seeking skilled TIG and MIG welders to join a safety-critical engineering team, delivering high-quality pressure vessels and fabricated equipment for regulated industries.

You will work to Weld Procedure Specifications, maintain qualifications, and support fabrication with grinding and material preparation, in a collaborative production setting offering ongoing training and secure long-term work.

Qualifications

• Experienced TIG and MIG welder.
• Welding codes/certifications desirable (current or expired).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke pressure vessels and fabricated equipment for the Nuclear, Energy, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.

Due to rapid business growth, they're looking for skilled TIG and Welders to join their team in Pencoed, Wales, working on high-quality, safety-critical engineering projects.

The Role

• Coded TIG and MIG welding
• Working to Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Maintaining welding qualifications and certifications
• Supporting fabrication activities including grinding, forming and material preparation
