Job summary

Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe seeks a CODAS Project Manager in Oxford to coordinate day-to-day delivery of a multi-track synthetic programme. You will work with the Programme Director, track leads, researchers and operations to maintain an integrated plan, manage risks and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

You will guide governance, support decision-making, and ensure delivery milestones align with contractual and research goals, across finance, legal and data protection teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing complex technical projects or programmes.
• End-to-end delivery experience including mobilisation, planning and reviews.
• Experience building integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets and RAID logs.
• Ability to coordinate across technical leads, researchers and support functions.
• Ability to govern delivery with senior reporting and steering forums.

Responsibilities

• The day-to-day delivery of CODAS across four tracks with clear plans.
• Maintain the integrated programme plan and track milestones.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Provide regular delivery progress updates to stakeholders.
• Support governance and change control for effective decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-track dependencies and escalate blockers.
