Job summary

AND-E in Oxford is seeking a CODAS Project Manager to coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of a multi‑track AI R&D programme. You will maintain the integrated plan, manage milestones and dependencies, and ensure reliable progress reporting for senior leadership.

You will work with the Programme Director, track leads, researchers and support functions to enable disciplined delivery, governance and timely decision‑making in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing complex technical projects or programmes in tech/AI/R&D environments.
• End-to-end delivery experience including mobilisation, planning, execution, governance and reviews.
• Experience building integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams with milestones and dependencies.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communications.
• Able to work across defined deliverables and exploratory research where plans evolve.
• Experience coordinating delivery with technical leads, researchers and support functions.
• Experience establishing programme governance, delivery reviews and senior reporting.
• Desirable: insurance/regulated industry exposure and multi‑partner programmes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day to day delivery of CODAS across four tracks with clear plans and milestones.
• Maintain the integrated programme plan and track milestones, dependencies and resource needs.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies in RAID logs.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders across technical, research and operational areas.
• Support governance, change control and decision-making with the Programme Director and Steering Committee.
• Coordinate cross-track dependencies with clear actions, owners and deadlines.
