Job summary

House of Louie London is looking for an exceptional Bar Manager to lead the daily operations of a polished, welcoming bar experience. You will guide the team with strong leadership, ensuring a warm, confident service that reflects the House of Louie identity.

Collaborating with the F&B leadership, you will develop creative cocktail programmes, recruit and train the opening team, manage beverage purchasing and stock, and drive tastings and brand activations that elevate the bar’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Bar Manager experience in a similar environment.
• Forward-thinking and motivated attitude.
• Excellent managerial skills with hands-on leadership and lead-by-example style.

• Act as a senior member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, maintaining a visible presence in service and supporting the General Manager across the wider operation.
• Protect House of Louie identity, ensuring the drinks, service, atmosphere and guest journey come together as one distinctive experience.
• Develop cocktail programmes and seasonal beverage menus that feel creative and current
• Recruit, onboard and develop the opening team, building strong technical knowledge, confident service and a culture where personality and genuine hospitality can thrive
• Manage beverage purchasing, cellar organisation, stock control, wastage and supplier relationships with discipline and close attention to quality.
• Lead tastings, supplier partnerships, brand activations and beverage innovation, creating moments that add value to the guest experience and the reputation of the bar.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of Bar Manager experience within a similar environment.
