We have an exciting opportunity for a Cocktail Waiter to join our highly successful team here at our Haymarket Hotel. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and will work well within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables at any one time.

You will need to be fanatical about drinks and have general knowledge of all types of beverages, from coffee to cocktails!
