Remuneration package

£15.80 per hr (TRONC INCLUDED)

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic bartender passionate about delivering exceptional service in our beautiful resident cocktail bar - The Owl & Monkey. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, and creating memorable moments through drinks and personalised service. We value entrepreneurial beverage creations, sustainability, and innovative technology. Our team embraces creativity and professionalism, pushing boundaries to deliver outstanding experiences.

About you

• Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on delivering the ultimate experience, especially under pressure
• Experience in restaurant and bar environments
• Ability to entertain and engage with residents/members
• Interest in hospitality, good knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails, and a desire to learn
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Passionate, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Ability to retain information and uphold The Other House values
• Honesty, integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Problem-solving skills with professionalism
• Experience with POS systems
• Approachable, detail-oriented, vigilant for upselling opportunities
