Qualifications

• Cocktail bartending experience preferred, free pouring desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Dirty Martini service style.
• Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages following recipes and guidelines.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure stock levels are ready.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all cocktails and uphold hygiene standards.
