Nightcap Plc’s The Cocktail Club is hiring a bartender in Cardiff. This part-time role offers shifts across three days with a starting hourly wage of £12.71. You’ll craft cocktails, engage guests, and be supported by industry-leading trainers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages following recipes and guidelines.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and offer recommendations.
• Keep bar area clean, well-stocked and organized.
• Ensure cocktails are consistent in quality and presentation.
• Adhere to safety and responsible service guidelines.
• Collaborate with barback and team to maintain smooth operations.
• Upsell featured cocktails, specials and events to boost guest experience and revenue.
