The Cocktail Club is hiring a Bartender on a part-time basis with shifts spread over three days. The starting pay is £12.71 per hour, with skill-based increases and a generous service charge.

Qualifications

• Casual cocktail bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and speed in a busy bar.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages following recipes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all cocktails.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations including responsible service of alcohol.
• Collaborate with bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell featured cocktails, specials, and events.
