The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the Mirror Bar on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will deliver memorable moments and five-star service to guests while representing a prestigious five-star property in central London.

You will curate cocktails, offer personalised recommendations, and contribute to a vibrant team focused on exceptional guest experiences. This role requires energy, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.

Annual earnings up to £39,737.00 (£27,539.26 base salary + non-contractual tronc)

We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender, to join our Mirror Bar on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Bartender, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Curate & create innovative cocktail menus, blending modern trends with timeless classics
• Provide personalised drink recommendations, engaging with guests to understand their tastes & enhance their experience
• To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving
• Continuously explore new techniques, ingredients & trends in the world of mixology, keeping our offerings fresh & exciting
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of presentation, service & hospitality

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
