Job summary

Balmoral Tanks is recruiting a Coatings Engineer to develop and improve fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) and glass-fused-to-steel (GFS) coating technologies used in critical infrastructure worldwide. You will work hands-on with production, quality and technical teams to drive robust, Right First Time outcomes.

The role focuses on process excellence, innovation, and technical leadership, while promoting safety and compliance across manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in coatings or related technical field.
• Experience with surface coatings, processing or materials engineering would be advantageous.
• Hands-on technical knowledge and a positive learning mindset are valued.

Ready to build specialist expertise in advanced steel coating technology? Balmoral Tanks is looking for a Coatings Engineer to help develop and improve the specialist coating technologies behind our market-leading products. You'll work with advanced Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) and Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) coating systems used in critical infrastructure projects around the world.
