Job summary

Saltrock Penzance is recruiting a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract to join our retail team and help deliver an excellent in-store experience for customers.

You will work with an energetic team, supporting sales targets, product knowledge, and maintaining visual merchandising standards while ensuring a welcoming store environment. This role offers part-time hours and the chance to be part of a coastal lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy, safe store.
• Provide product information including features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes as required.
• Keep product tidy and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Process deliveries.
