Job summary

Saltrock Doncaster is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract to join the in-store Retail team. You will work with an energetic team, delivering an excellent customer experience while helping to achieve sales targets and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will assist with till operations, product knowledge, merchandising, stock replenishment and deliveries, with uniform allowance and staff discounts included.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly manner aligned with Saltrock culture.
• Passion for selling and engaging with customers.
• Understanding of strong visual merchandising.
• Competent at till operations and cash/card handling.
• Retail experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help to achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience within our store, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep housekeeping to a high standard to maintain a healthy and safe store.
• Provide information about products, features, benefits and stock availability to customers.
• Help implement markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keep our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines when required.
• Process deliveries.
