The Tynemouth Castle Inn, part of the Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our coastal pub-restaurant safe, comfortable and well maintained. You’ll perform daily boiler and electrical checks, inspect roofs and walkways, handle painting and repairs, and ensure fire safety compliance with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Background in building maintenance with safety emphasis.
• Basic plumbing, electrical and joinery skills.
• Ability to perform planned and unplanned repairs.

• Inspect roofs, gutters and walkways to address hazards and maintain outdoors.
• Handle painting, grouting and general repairs; ensure compliance with safety checks.
