A leading marine science research organisation in Liverpool is seeking a Coastal Ocean Hydrodynamic – Biogeochemical Modeller to analyze and apply models related to ocean observations. Qualifications

  • Experience applying and analysing models related to ocean observations.

  • Apply and analyze models using the NEMO-ERSEM framework.
  • Produce outputs suitable for publications and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate widely across the UK and internationally.
  • Engage with stakeholders as part of research activities.

Skills

Experience in applying hydrodynamic models
Experience in biogeochemical models
Proficiency with scientific analysis software
Excellent communication skills

Education

Strong first degree in a numerate scientific discipline
PhD in a numerate environmental science discipline
