Job summary

Weightlifting Wales (WW) is seeking a qualified delivery partner to lead and grow coach education across Wales in partnership with the British Weight Lifting governing body. The role is self-employed with a profit-share arrangement, focused on Level 1 and Level 2 coaching qualifications and expansion into related courses.

The successful partner will collaborate with licensed clubs, training facilities and partner organisations to establish a sustainable programme and ensure quality learner

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Olympic Weightlifting.
• Experience delivering tutor-led courses or coach education.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sustainable, profitable coach education programme.
• Organise and coordinate courses across Wales.
• Grow the annual programme of courses and CPD.
• Liaise with British Weight Lifting for administration and compliance.
• Identify venues, tutors and delivery partners.
