Developing Coach Education, Learning Pathways and Workforce Development Programmes

As the Coach Development Officer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of coaching within The Pony Club. You will play a key role in the design, development and implementation of coach education and workforce development programmes, helping to ensure coaches, volunteers and young leaders have access to high-quality learning and development opportunities.

  • Lead the development, review and continuous improvement of The Pony Club's coach education and workforce programmes.

  • Coordinate coach development initiatives, conferences and learning events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coach education programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with Training Committee members, volunteers, subject matter experts and external partners.
