Arriva is seeking a qualified Coach Builder/ Accident Repairer/ Painter for its Derby Depot Repair Centre. The role involves repairing and maintaining company vehicles to DETR and internal standards to ensure safe, roadworthy buses and coaches.
The position is full-time (39 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate (£18.51) and benefits including leave, pension, and travel discounts. Eligibility to test vehicles on public roads and a commitment to safety are required.
An excellent and rewarding job opportunity has arisen for a Coach Builder/ Accident Repairer/ Painter to join Arriva, based at our Repair centre in Derby Depot. The Coach Builder will carry out effective repairs and planned maintenance to all company vehicles ensuring that all repairs are to the DETR guidelines and to those of the company’s Standard Maintenance Policy. On completion of repairs to ensure that all company vehicles are on a safe and roadworthy condition for all concerned.
