Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a Co-Production Worker to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.
About the role
Roundabout supports over 380 young people every day who are at risk of homelessness. Homeless young people are often marginalised and face barriers in advocating for themselves. To address this, Roundabout is seeking a Co-Production Worker to ensure that the voices of young people at risk of homelessness are heard, their needs are addressed, and their potential is realised.

You will act as a liaison between homeless young people and decision-making bodies, ensuring their perspectives are included in policy development.
You will provide workshops and training sessions to enhance young people’s communication, leadership, and advocacy skills. You will organise forums and events where homeless young people can safely express their views and influence policy, both at a local and national level. In doing so, you will help foster a more inclusive communication that values and respects the contributions of young people, while improving the services and policies that are responsive to their needs, ultimately contributing to Roundabout’s mission of ending youth homelessness.
