Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, seeks an experienced Co Pack Manager to lead the day-to-day Co-pack operations, ensuring service targets and cost controls are met while maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.

You will manage labour planning, quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, interfacing with customers and internal departments to hit production plans and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Flexible to cover multiple warehouse areas.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Co-pack operations team to meet service and cost targets.
• Ensure Health & Safety and GMP compliance across the operation.
• Interface daily with 3rd parties regarding equipment, hours, and labour costs.
• Provide capacity plans aligned to customer forecasts and QC standards.
• Lead implementation of the site Operational Strategy and drive CI initiatives.
• Communicate plans to customers and internal stakeholders; attend reviews.
