Job summary
MTrec Ltd Technical is seeking a skilled CNC Turning Programmer/Horizontal Borer Programmer to join our client’s workshop. The role requires programming, setting and operating CNC machines, primarily Fanuc controls, to interpret engineering drawings.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years turning experience and at least 1 year with horizontal boring. Training can be provided for Fanuc controls, with emphasis on production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience programming and operating CNC machines from engineering drawings.
- Minimum of 2 years CNC turning experience.
- At least 1 year experience with horizontal boring is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Experience machining exotic materials (phosphor bronze, duplex, Inconel) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC machinery from drawings.
- Program Fanuc lathes and/or Horizontal Boring machines.
- Work with Fanuc controls and ensure production efficiency.
