Interaction Recruitment Group is partnering with a precision engineering manufacturer in Thame, Oxfordshire, to recruit a CNC Turner & Programmer to join a forward-thinking team.

The role involves programming, setting and operating multi-axis Fanuc-controlled turning centres, with Hypermill offline programming and the production of high-precision components to tight tolerances. Overtime is available and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and setting multi-axis CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
• Hypermill offline programming experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate multi-axis CNC turning centres.
• Machining precision components to drawings and specs.
• Use Fanuc lathes to achieve productivity and quality.
• Perform offline programming and adjust programs as needed.
• Machining stainless steel, titanium and aerospace alloys.
