Job summary

JRS Associates LTD in Bolton upon Dearne is seeking an experienced CNC Turner – Setter, Operator, Programmer on a permanent basis. You will work on Fanuc controls, set and operate machines, and program for efficient production.

Shift patterns include mornings and afternoons with early finish on Fridays, with overtime at 1.5x basic rate and free parking.

Qualifications

• CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, and Programmer on Fanuc controls.
• Experience changing inserts and adjusting offsets.
• Experience manufacturing components for the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience with running volume batch sizes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

JRS Associates have teamed up with a business with a great name in the local area, we're looking to add an experienced CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer on a permanent basis into the team.

CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer - What we're offering to the successful:

• £38,694 - £40,843 per annum (Shift Inclusive)
• Overtime available at 1.5x basic rate
• Mornings - Monday to Thursday, 6:30am - 3:00pm & Friday, 6:30am - 2:00pm
• Afternoons - Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm & Friday, 1:00pm - 8:30pm
• Early finishes on Fridays
• Permanent secure role in an expanding business

CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer - Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:

• CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer (Online)
• Setter, Operator, and Programmer on Fanuc controls
• Experience Changing inserts and Adjusting offsets
• Experience manufacturing components for the Oil & Gas Industry
• Experience with running Volume batch sizes
• Competent in working with a range of materials including; Stainless steel, Inconel, Carbon Steels, Aluminium, and other alloys
• Experience working in a precision and sub-contract environment
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Ability to think logically and methodically
• Ability to work independently and proactively
