Job summary

Optima UK in Leicester is seeking a CNC Turner Setter Operator to set up and run CNC turning or milling machines, producing high‑quality components according to drawings.

You will manage tool changes, offsets, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a safe, clean work area on the night shift, Monday to Thursday, 6pm–6am. This permanent role offers career progression and employee benefits.

Job Role: CNC Turner Setter Operator

Location: Leicester, LE2 (Commutable from Wigston, Oadby, Beaumont Leys, Blaby, Enderby, Market Harborough and surrounding areas)

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Shift: Nights - Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am
