Optima UK is seeking a CNC Turner Setter Operator for a night shift in Leicester. You will set up and operate CNC turning/milling machines to manufacture precision components according to drawings, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role includes tool changes, offsets, machine monitoring, and collaboration with the team to meet production targets. A permanent position with parking and staff benefits is offered.

Job Role: CNC Turner Setter Operator

Location: Leicester, LE2 (Commutable from Wigston, Oadby, Beaumont Leys, Blaby, Enderby, Market Harborough and surrounding areas)

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Shift: Nights - Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am
