Milltech Precision Engineering, based in Norwich, is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join a growing precision engineering team. You will program, set up and operate advanced CNC turning machinery, delivering high-precision components to tight tolerances and client drawings.

The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment, strong quality focus, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-manning production team.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC turning experience with ISO/Fanuc controls.
• Experience with multi-axis turning and mill-turn technology.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and verify tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC turning machines.
• Produce high-quality components to drawings and specifications.
• Work with multi-axis lathes and live tooling.
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspection.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
