Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Setter & Operator (Turning) in Faringdon to join a fast-growing specialist manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, motorsport and medical sectors. You will fabricate parts to tight tolerances and work with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers training, overtime, and a Friday early finish with a 08:00–16:00 close. Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00. Salary £40,000–£50,000 with private medical care.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC turning and setting on turning machines.
• Familiarity with high-tolerance fabrication is a plus.

Are you a CNC Turner who is looking for an opportunity to join a growing specialist manufacturer who can provide excellent career progression, whilst providing training on company practices? The company is a growing specialist primarily supplying into the Aerospace, Defense, Motorsport and Medical industries. They provide highly accurate specialist parts to these key sectors of everyday life. The successful candidate will be working on a wide variety of products, fabricating to high tolerances and dealing with internal teams to ensure product delivery. The Role:

• Completing the Fabrication of specialist parts to high tolerances

Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 17:00) Friday (08:00 - 16:00)
