Regional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a modern precision engineering company in Bedfordshire. The role offers a competitive salary (£40–45K DOE) with significant overtime and a quick start.

The ideal candidate will program (offline using CAD/CAM), set up and run CNC lathes, read technical drawings, and uphold quality and on-time delivery. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Read technical drawings to determine tolerances and features.
• Extensive turning experience and ability to set, program and run CNC lathes.
• CAD/CAM programming experience is essential for offline programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills to support quality and delivery.
• Effective communication and teamwork to meet production goals.
• Good organisational skills and forward planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable experience using CMM.
• Computer-literate with basic software skills.
