Regional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a modern precision engineering company in Bedfordshire. The role offers a competitive salary (£40–45K DOE) with significant overtime and a quick start.

The ideal candidate will program (offline using CAD/CAM), set up and run CNC lathes, read technical drawings, and uphold quality and on-time delivery. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Read technical drawings to determine tolerances and features.
• Extensive turning experience and ability to set, program and run CNC lathes.
• CAD/CAM programming experience is essential for offline programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills to support quality and delivery.
• Effective communication and teamwork to meet production goals.
• Good organisational skills and forward planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable experience using CMM.
• Computer-literate with basic software skills.

Bedfordshire Based (or surroundings) | £40 – 45 K per year (DOE) + 150% OT

Are you an experienced CNC Setter / Turner / Programmer?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for modern precision engineering company. They are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their established team. The ideal candidate will be seeking a career and growth position within their forever growing business. You will need to be a strong team player. This role will require a highly skilled individual that can set, program, and run CNC lathes. Your communication skills should be excellent. Quality is at the core of what they do and therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to understand and instil their quality requirements. The successful candidate will need to be dynamic and hand‑on in the role to enable the demanding delivery requirements to be met.
