Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer – Fanuc or Haas

Based in Bradford, our client is a precision engineering specialist, covering a wide range of industries such as food and beverage manufacturing, medical, utilities, chemical packaging, and recycling.

Job Description

The role of CNC Programmer, setter operator will include the following duties:

1. Programming, setting & operating turning machines, using Haas or Fanuc controls.
2. Be able to use basic inspection equipment.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have proven experience of programming, setting, and operating turning machines with Fanuc or Haas controls.
2. Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
3. Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship; however, experience is the overriding factor.
4. Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
5. Produce high-quality work to fine tolerances.
6. Exhibit a professional and self-motivated attitude.
7. Have good organisational & time management skills.
