Job summary

Quest Technical Ltd recruitment for a CNC Turner Programmer in a high-precision aerospace environment. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on CNC Turner experience, the ability to set and operate, and to understand G-code. Mazatrol or Fanuc experience is essential, with capability to program from technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on CNC Turner experience.
• Able to set and operate CNC machines.
• Understand G-code and loading of new tools when needed.
• Programming from technical drawings is a plus.
• Experience with Mazatrol or Fanuc controls.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Aerospace background is advantageous.
• Ensure timely set-ups with correct dimensions and finishes.
• Check own work with inspection department.
• Maintain safety and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Program from drawings where necessary.
• Work with Mazatrol or Fanuc controls.
• Ensure dimensions and surface finishes meet specs.
• Coordinate with inspection for QA checks.
