Job Title: CNC Turner or Miller Programmer – Fanuc

Job Type: Permanent

Overtime available: all at x1.5 & x2

Based in Hyde, our client has been engineering products for their customers. They design, manufacture and repair White Metal bearings, supply laser cut metal parts and supply electrical Steel laminations for many industries.

Job Responsibilities:

The role of CNC Turning setter operator will include the following duties:

• Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Turning/Milling machines using Fanuc controls.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship; however, experience is the overriding factor.
• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business.
• Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
• Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances.
• Professional and self-motivated attitude.
• Good organisational & time management skills.
