Job summary
EMBS Engineering is recruiting a CNC Turner for their Nottinghamshire site, working nights on a permanent basis. You will set and operate Twin Turret, Twin Spindle CNC turning machines to produce small to medium-sized, high-precision components from aluminium, stainless steel and titanium.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience, familiarity with Fanuc and Mazatrol controls, and ability to read engineering drawings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC Turner.
- Experience setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines.
- Twin Turret/Twin Spindle experience desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controls.
- Experience machining aluminium, stainless steel and titanium to tight tolerances.
Responsibilities
- Setting and operating Twin Turret, Twin Spindle CNC turning machines.
- Machining small to medium-sized, complex components from Aluminium, Stainless steel and Titanium.
- Working from Engineering drawings.
