Job summary

The Collective Network Limited seeks a CNC Turner at its Milton Keynes and Daventry sites to work on brand new Doosan Puma lathes, programming live tooling and operating Fanuc controls. You will be responsible for turning a variety of parts and contributing to process improvements.

You will cut aerospace-grade materials such as Titanium and Inconel, with some manual turning; a dynamic, collaborative shop environment supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience on Doosan lathes would be advantageous.
• Experience programming Fanuc with live tooling (Y-Axis).
• Set tooling and operated lathes with Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate Doosan Puma lathes and program Fanuc controls to produce precision components.
• Set up tooling and maintain accurate offsets and tool wear.
• Collaborate with machinists in a lively shop floor to meet production schedules.
