Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Turner for a days-based role in Bournemouth. You will set and operate CNC lathes, interpreting engineering drawings and selecting tooling to produce precision components.

• Experience setting and operating CNC lathes on multi-axis machines.

Are you a CNC Setter/ Operator with experience working on Lathes, looking for a days-based role within a well-established company offering a good work life balance due to working a 4-day week and optional overtime?

With continued investment in advanced CNC machinery and an ever-increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.

In this role, you will be responsible for Setting and Operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanac controls. You will work from engineering drawings, select appropriate tooling, monitor machining processes, and carry out quality inspections to ensure components meet industry standards, working a 4-day week.

This role will suit a CNC Turner who is looking to join an established, local workshop, work on varied projects and have the option to increase your earnings through overtime.
