Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd is seeking a CNC Turner to join an experienced engineering team in North Oxfordshire. You will program, set and operate CNC multi-axis lathes to produce complex components from customer drawings and models, using Fanuc controls, and ensure tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

The role offers a competitive salary circa £42-48,000 with overtime opportunities, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and benefits such as on-site parking and pension.

Formación

• Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes from drawings and models.
• Proficiency with Fanuc machine controls.
• Experience manufacturing high-precision components to tight tolerances and high surface-finish standards.
• Ability to operate more than one machine efficiently.
• Experience machining aerospace alloys, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and magnesium.

Responsabilidades

CNC Turner – Programmer / Setter / Operator – North Oxfordshire – Circa £42-48,000 Plus overtime

CNC Turner's Key Responsibilities:

• Programme, set and operate CNC multi-axis lathes to manufacture complex components from customer drawings and models.
• Use Fanuc-controlled machinery to produce components accurately and consistently.
• Carry out manual inspections to check component quality, dimensions and finish.
• Work to fine tolerances and demanding surface-finish requirements.
• Operate multiple machines where required, following workplace procedures and maintaining accurate documentation.

Skills & Experience Required as a CNC Turner:

• Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes.
• Proficiency with Fanuc machine controls.
• Experience manufacturing high-precision components to tight tolerances and high surface-finish standards.
• Ability to operate more than one machine efficiently.
• Experience machining materials such as aerospace alloys, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium and magnesium.
• A professional, self-motivated approach, with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
