Job summary

Kinetic plc is recruiting for a CNC Turner based in East Cheshire. The role involves setting and operating CNC lathes with programs mostly generated offline, and occasional machine-side adjustments.

You will produce one-off and short-run precision components from engineering drawings and 3D CAD models. Ideal candidates will have around 5 years of machining experience and be time served or apprenticed in a relevant discipline.

Kinetic Skills & Trades are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner based in East Cheshire.

The role is commutable from Warrington, Altrincham, Knutsford, Middlewich, Macclesfield, Wilmslow & Southwest Manchester areas.

The hourly rate is £19.23/hr PAYE working a 6-2pm/2-11pm (Mon to Thur) & 2-6pm Friday on late shift.

Our client is a manufacturer of high specification machinery and it's a very modern clean working environment.

To be considered for the role you must have around 5 years machining experience.

• Commutable From: Northwich, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Warrington, Altrincham, Sale, Congleton, Macclesfield & Winsford.
• Hours: 6-2pm/2-11pm (Mon to Thur) & 2-6pm Friday on late shift.
• Duration: Permanent
• Salary: £19.23/hr

THE CANDIDATE:

• Time served or apprentice qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
• Ideally experience of programming but not essential as most programs are generated offline so only alterations needed at the machine.
• Able to work well on your own and as a team.
