Skilled CNC Turner
We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a dynamic and precision-focused manufacturing team. This role involves producing high-quality components from engineering drawings and planning sheets, working with small to medium batch sizes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience, preferably within the aerospace industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes, ensuring that all machined components meet the required specifications. Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings and planning sheets to produce components accurately.
Set up and operate CNC turning lathes, including Mori Seiki, Mazak, and Nakamura lathes with Fanuc controls.
Ensure all machined components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
Conduct self-inspection of machined parts in collaboration with the inspection department.
Maintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and report any faults or concerns.
Log job progress and efficiency data to support production monitoring.
Work on small to medium batch sizes with high precision.

Overtime paid at 1.5x basic rate
