CNC Miller

Location: Liverpool

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm > 39 hours per week

Salary: GBP 16.63 - GBP 17.77/hr (Basic approx. GBP 34k - GBP 36k), subject to skills & experience. Potential earnings with O/T: GBP 45k - GBP 48k

Background:

Requirements:

• Able to fully program, set, and operate Vertical Machining Centres using Fanuc controls
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems
• Experience machining exotic metals (super duplex, duplex, 718, x750, Hastelloy, Monel, etc.)
• Good communication skills with peers and management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Preferred but not essential:

• Experience with Doosan Vertical Machining Centres (mm beds)
• Experience with Kafo H630 (Twin pallet Horizontal Machining Centre) Fanuc Control
• Experience in the Oil, Gas, Fluid, and Power Generation industries
• Knowledge of Office 365 / ERP systems
