We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The responsibilities include:

1. Producing high-quality, precision components with maximum efficiency.
2. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
3. Developing programs and production methods for new parts using available resources.
4. Setting up and confidently operating CNC machines.
5. Making minor program adjustments to ensure components meet drawing specifications and customer requirements.
6. Performing first-off inspections using gauges and measuring instruments.
7. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop floor environment.
8. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Fostering a strong, team-oriented environment.

The Candidate

• Proven experience in CNC setup and operation.
• Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.
• Strong skills in setting up and proving CNC programs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of materials, speeds, feeds, and cutting tools.

The Package
