Job Description for CNC Technical Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee CNC technical activities, including turning and machining, support production personnel, and support continuous improvement projects. The role involves programming, fault finding, staff training, and coordinating plant improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing CNC programming and machine setup.
  2. Optimizing CNC processes and eliminating waste.
  3. Assisting with problem-solving and staff training.
  4. Managing tooling stocks and researching new tooling techniques.
  5. Leading production engineering projects and introducing new CNC equipment.
  6. Ensuring safety compliance and continuous safety improvements.

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to pass on skills and knowledge.
