Qualifications

• Experience programming, setting and operating CNC Sliding Head machines.
• Knowledge of CNC machining techniques, tooling and principles.
• Experience producing high-precision components to tight tolerances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating multi-axis CNC Sliding Head machines.
• Adjusting and optimizing existing CNC programs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Programming new jobs both online and offline.
• Maintaining quality standards through self-inspection and machining to tight tolerances.
• Working collaboratively with production teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
